4. Intellectual Property

The ResumeSpark platform, templates, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your resume content remains your property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and render your content to provide the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that resumes created will result in employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
