Getting Started
Is ResumeSpark really free?
Yes! Our free plan lets you create 1 resume and download up to 3 PDFs — no credit card required. You can use it forever.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, a free account is required to save your resume. Registration takes under 30 seconds.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, choose a template from our gallery, fill in your details using our guided editor, and download your PDF.
Templates & Design
How many templates are available?
We currently offer 5 professionally designed templates: Modern, Professional, Creative, Executive, and Corporate. More are added regularly.
Are the templates ATS-friendly?
Absolutely. Every template is built with ATS compatibility as the top priority — clean structure, standard fonts, and proper heading hierarchy.
Can I change my template after I start?
Yes, you can switch templates at any time. Your content is preserved; only the design changes.
Can I customize colors and fonts?
Yes! Pro users can choose from 8 accent colors, a custom color picker, and 4 font options.
PDF & Export
Can I download my resume as a PDF?
Yes. Free users get 3 PDF downloads per resume. Pro users get unlimited downloads.
Will the PDF look exactly like the preview?
Yes. We use WeasyPrint for server-side PDF generation, so the output is pixel-perfect.
Can I print my resume directly?
Yes. Open your resume in preview mode and use your browser's print function, or download the PDF and print.
AI Features
What AI features are available?
We offer: AI professional summary generation, skill suggestions by job title, and ATS score analysis with improvement tips.
How many AI credits do I get?
Free plan: 5 credits. Pro plan: 100 credits per month. Enterprise: unlimited.
Is the AI data used for training?
No. Your resume content is never used to train AI models.
Billing & Plans
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe (global) and UPI/Netbanking via Razorpay (India).
Will my resumes be deleted if I downgrade?
Never. Your data is always safe. You can view and edit existing resumes on any plan.
Privacy & Security
Is my resume data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell or share your personal data.
Can I make my resume private?
By default, resumes are private. You can make them public to share via a link — and switch back to private anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at jaipalverma808@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
