Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) you request it within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment, and (2) this is your first payment on the account.
How to Request
Email billing@resumeforge.com with your account email and order ID. We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial payment
- Renewal charges (we send reminder emails 7 days before each renewal)
- Accounts suspended for ToS violations
- Partial-month refunds after the 7-day window
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
